Branding

Branding

Approaching a project such as a CBD infused hot sauce holds many exciting brand exploration opportunites. It’s a relatively new market and people are still warming up to the idea (excuse the pun) of marijuana being something they see as beneficial. It’s within these constraints that we find balance but also push the outer limits of how far a brand can be pushed into a product market that more or less is unexplored.

Spicy food is also commonly associated with creating a certain “high”. It is in that which lies the contradictory statement and thus the pun. CBD infused, this hot tamale packs a punch but that is not only flavorsome in taste but intentional by design as well.

We needed a logo that was elegant and versatile enough to work with a wide range of styles, events & weddings. The design needed to balance regalness with femininity. This output was achieved through dark moody tones and highlights of gold.

Execution

Execution

It’s important for brands to own their identity in respective product market fit. In this case study emphasis on tongue in cheek copywriting, illustrative imagery, and bold colors help communicate customer relation. Tactics like this are used to redirect brain cognition away from negative connotations and stigmas associated with cannabinoids.
